Houses are selling faster in 2020 compared to 2019, Stony Plain and Parkland County had a higher average selling price this year. 

Sales were up in both Spruce Grove and Parkland County compared to Sept 2019. Stony Plain had less sales but the days on market was quite a bit shorter compared to last year.
